Venue

Originally Known as Saint Vibiana, this former archdiocese cathedral was built in 1876, making it one of the few nineteenth century landmarks still standing in Downtown Los Angeles. Architects W.J. Matthews and Ezera F. Kysor modeled the building in an Italian Baroque style, inspired by the bishops childhood in Spain. In 1963 Saint Vibiana was designated as a Los Angeles Cultural Monument. Following the 1994 Northridge earthquake, Saint Vibiana was decommissioned until recently when it was sold to one of L.A.'s largest developers and underwent a multi-million dollar renovation.

Now simply known as Vibiana, this pristine venue has been the site for many exclusive events such as L.A. Fashion Week, Warner Music Group 2007 Grammy After Party, and numerous celebrity weddings including Los Angeles Lakers Shannon Brown.

Its ability to be versatile in style has caught the interest of magazines such as InStyle, Vogue, and People Magazine. Its beautifully preserved architecture and rich history ranks Vibiana among the highest desired locations for special events, fashions shows and weddings.
